Never will I order from these people I…

Never will I order from these people I got the number and have called and called and a recording come on and speaks no one can answer your call now so what kind of business is this I need to return a strighting brush I just used once and 3 of the bristles broke off in my hair so I finally did get a email and it read cut the cord in half and send a picture who does this all I wanted is a replacement still no word from them if all of us got together we could have us a lawsuit they should not be able to treat people the way they do here is the number for them good luck if you get a answer 1-310-361-5581

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Won’t answer emails or complaints.
I placed an order three weeks ago. Only got one of three items. And now they’re saying the whole thing was delivered.
Stay away. Don’t waste your money.

Very unprofessional customer service

Very unprofessional customer service. I bought a straightener and a curling iron both only worked for a couple of weeks, they send me a replacement and the straightener started making a buzzing sound like when there’s a shortage on the electricity then stop working, they told me they couldn’t give me another replacement because they already send me 2 replacements. Just a waste of over $100.00!!!!! I don’t recommend you buy their products, they will only work for a couple of weeks!!!!

If it could be 0 stars it would be. I bought a package with the Blow out dryer brush, the 7 in one curling iron, the flat iron and I just recently ordered the rose gold blow dryer. I’ve only used the products maybe 3 times and the blow out dryer brush just about caught my head then my house on fire. That was even after it was unplugged it still got really hot and started smoking worse. I called customer support and they were extremely rude. When I was buying this overpriced death trap they were extremely helpful. Make sure to use the products a lot during the warranty period even if you don’t normally use them just get them out and turn them on and run. This has been stored in its box in a dry closet so it’s not anything I did. So now because I don’t use my hair products often I am out a lot of money and also was treated despicably by the woman on the phone. She never even asked me when I bought my items and yet told me it was outside of the warranty period. This is a scam and their products will cause harm to you or a loved one or your property. I’ll definitely be trying to cancel the order for the blow dryer too now. I wanted all of my things to match but not at the risk of my or my childrens safety. The woman who I just spoke with needs to be fired. She didn’t care not one bit how dangerous this product is and dismissed it without even asking any info or apologizing. She just immediately got nasty and jumped to being dismissive and really rude.

Horrible Service, Unprofessional

Horrible, horrible customer service, very unprofessional!! This company is not a professional organization so be very careful ordering from them, they make their own rules as they go along. If you ask for a manager they claim they are a manager when they are not, and when you ask for their manager they refuse to escalate the issue. Chose another company that is reputable, this one definitely is not!!

If there was 0 stars i would give it because i ordered a flat iron due time it started bending and pulling my hair i contacted customer service and a rep! playing manager TARA was rude from the start!!!! even though i have ordered several things giving Foxybae a chance it just seems like something is always from with this company i even ordered a wireless curling iron and it would not work properly but its ok because TARA would answer to another reps emails when i was NOT emailing her she is the rudest rep i have EVER encounterd and dont expect them/her to help you out because im sure she deals with people everyday i dont understand how shes even working there well as i said 2 different items i bought from this company and BOTH items mess up mind you i had the item for a year so be prepared to yearly buy there products

2 months later I have not received all…

2 months later I have not received all my stuff bit their email says I did. Then I call customer service the put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hang up over and over again.

last month i order some stuff from this…

last month i order some stuff from this company on the 1rst of sept they said i got my stuff well that is not try when i got home from work my stuff was not at my door i let them know about it they said that they could do a replacement unless i pay for the shipping now remind you that it was free ship[ping i told them i just wanted a refund they said that i did not have the protection and that i unchecked it i do not remember doing it so asked them again for a refund they said no so i cantacted my bank they are now dealing it oh and they said they have proof that they delivered it well good for you foxybae now my bank is involved plz go else where if they have done this to me they are going to do it to other people

I love this company

I love this company! Their products are great quality, they usually have some kind of great deal going, and all of their styling tools, brushes, and hair pins are SO CUTE! Love them! Customer service is kind and helpful. I've shopped here a couple of times and will continue to be a customer! (Also, if you have bleached hair, try their purple shampoo and conditioner set along w the "Don't Hate, Hydrate" hair mask---trust me, it will save your hair like nothing else on the market! Oh and the purple shampoo is soooooo highly pigmented! The best you can get and at the best price point, too! LOVE this company!)
